ABOUT ANNIE
I have always been passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. Growing up on military bases in both Canada and Germany, I learned the value of hard work, dedication, and service to others from an early age.
While my journey started in culinary school, where I found joy in making people's lives better through food, I eventually found my calling in the financial services industry in 2004.
After working as a branch manager for two different financial institutions, I discovered my love for helping people find the right mortgages for their unique needs. As a bilingual mortgage broker, fluent in both English and French, I take pride in being able to assist clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, I still enjoy cooking, as well as traveling, indulging in good wine, and spending time on the golf course. But my true passion lies in helping my clients achieve their homeownership dreams and financial goals.

ABOUT MELISSA
I have been involved in the mortgage business since the age of 17, starting as a summer student in the Mortgage Processing department. After pursuing a college education in Financial Services, I graduated and embarked on a 15-year journey as a Financial Advisor at Scotiabank. However, when I started a family, I made the decision to leave the bank in search of a better work-life balance.
Nowadays, I am a proud parent to three incredibly active children who participate in various sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, and volleyball. During the summer months, we enjoy spending quality time together at our cottage.
In my current role, I assist clients in gathering the necessary information for lenders, skillfully packaging the deal to present to them. Additionally, I handle the coordination of document signings and conduct thorough audits. Even after the approval process, I maintain a strong relationship with my clients, going above and beyond to support them. I take pride in guiding them through various tasks, such as helping them navigate online banking to access bank statements or obtain CRA documents.
